At Aranya Bharat, we are a team of progressive experts specializing in Farming, Logistics, Analytics, and IT. Each team member brings extensive experience and knowledge, contributing to our collective vision of sustainable and impactful growth.
Cows hold a revered place in Indian society, symbolizing a deep cultural and spiritual connection for over 70% of the population. Despite their esteemed status, countless cows and bovines across the country face neglect, abuse, and abandonment. The issue of stray cattle has reached alarming proportions, with an estimated 4.5 to 5.5 million stray cattle nationwide. Unwanted male cattle, along with infertile, elderly, and infirm females, are often abandoned due to their lack of utility and market value.
Understanding the gravity of this issue, we have meticulously studied the operations of various Gaushalas across the country. This analysis has given us insights into their challenges, operational gaps, and areas needing improvement.
